When can I expect my order?

Our estimated delivery timeline looks like this:

Order cut-off: 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00). Orders placed after this are processed the following business day.
Processing: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded
Transit: 6–9 business days, Monday to Friday
Total estimated delivery: 7–11 business days

These are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, busy periods, public holidays or other factors outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you charge for delivery?

No — every order within the United Kingdom ships free, with no minimum order value, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

My order arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — what now?

Include your order number, a short description of the issue and — where useful — clear photos of the item and packaging. That helps us assess your request quickly and take the right next steps.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed or dispatched yet, we may still be able to cancel or change it. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled. You can of course still return the item under our Refund & Return Policy.

How do returns work?

As a consumer you hold a statutory cancellation right: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason required.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and complete with original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable.

For returns due to personal reasons (a change of mind, for instance), the return postage is your responsibility. If the item is damaged, faulty or was delivered incorrectly, Londyn Lewinsky covers the return costs after review and approval.

Approved returns must go back via a tracked delivery service to the return address we provide. Return labels are only issued for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered items.

How quickly will I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, the approved refund goes back to your original payment method.

Processing normally takes only a few working days and never exceeds 14 days after we receive the returned item, as required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time before the amount shows in your account.
