Delivery Area

This Shipping Policy applies to every order delivered within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Estimates

We work to process and dispatch each order as quickly as we can. Our current estimates:

  • Order cut-off: 5:00 PM (UK time). Orders received after this time are processed the next business day.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Transit time: 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–11 business days from the moment your order is placed

These are estimates, not guarantees — peak periods, public holidays and carrier disruptions can occasionally add extra days.

Carriers

Depending on where you live and what you've ordered, your parcel may be handled by:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri
  • Yodel
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Delivery Costs

Free delivery: all UK orders ship at no cost, with no minimum order value, unless indicated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Please note that the first tracking updates can take 24–72 hours after dispatch to become visible.
